Currently paying £58 for our dogs insurance. Just had the renewal POLICY INCREASED TO £148 A MONTH, £OVER £1700 FOR THE YEAR! I haven't even claimed that amount in this policy year!!!!!! And still waiting on 4 claims to be paid! Used to be really good, but something has changed in the past year! Very disappointed in this.

I feel exactly the same.
Used to be much better when Bought By Many.
My vets will not now deal directly with Many Pets.
I had to claim but it took so long to reimburse me I had to take out a “Loan”.
I have since changed Providers.
