Worst insurance company ever. They tell you to put in a claim from the vet. You do and then they deny without giving you a reason. When you call, they tell you it’s because your dog is old. I pay Agria senior for this exact reason and it costs more. customer service is useless and not helpful. They tell you there’s nothing they can do- just to wait out your insurance period (which is a year) and then you can cancel. May cannot come soon enough. They rob you, up charge you, and deny you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
