I am very disappointed by the way I have been treat by claiming my money back on a claim vet fees ..
I paid 115 pounds access thay owe me 80 pounds back ,I have been waiting 16 days phoned them four times in the last week ..the answer thay gave me was my account does not excised , I said it does contacted the bank thay said you bank account correct , I have emailed them and told them back on the phone 📞 to them explained everything said my money will be in my account last night ,still haven't received it in bank account, contact them today again said gone in have to wait five working day before I'll get it can't believe ..
I am very upset I pay 27.60 a month for it and to have this carry to get my money discussing with customer care out of the window with them ..
Hopefully pay my money back give five days then I will be taking further ...
