Our 9 month old persian cat Luigi died suddenly, we were so upset. Animal friends refused to pay on the basis we hadn't registered his pedigree as we weren't breeding or showing him. We had explained that at the time when we took out the insurance. They wanted more money to insure him if we registered him. Now they say they will only pay out £50 which would be the price of a regular 'moggy'... their words! even though we insured him for and told them he cost £425 and provided receipts! absolutley disgusted at the way they treat customers and would never use them again!!!!
