5/10 GREAT PEACE OF MIND
Our poor little cat, Mako, has been ill for the first time. Vets bills for treatment very quickly racked up, and although I knew I had insurance you never know what your insurance company is like until you really need to use them..!? There is always that stigma that insurance companies will do their best to find a reason why you arenít covered, but so very pleased to say this wasnít the case for us. Mako is still undergoing treatment for skin related issues, but I printed a form off, signed and dated it and my vets completed the rest and sent it off. In no time at all I received an email from Vetsure to say that the claim had been paid direct to my account.
Great service, quick turn around, and great peace of mind knowing that I donít need to worry in the future. Huge thanks.
