1/10 So slow
20 working days later still absolute nothing, 15 working days into claim they said they needed more info and I would have to go to my vets, since then nothing they have my email address and phone number, shall not be going with tesco again

| ||They have always paid out eventually! I had to resort to phoning almost daily and in the end the vet spoke to them directly for me. Keep all dates of when your correspondence was sent and the date it arrived in their office. Very stressful when your dog is ill and you have large bills to worry about|
