1/10 Shocking service
Renewed with Argos after premium increased for 3 year old yorkie but promised £30 Argos vouchers so I stayed with them. Vouchers haven't materialised after 2 months and numerous calls and excuses. Then last week promised echequegor £20 aling with vouchers. The cheque didn't materialise. Called to be told it would be posted...they said an echeque but now a posted cheque. I work in insurance so I am going to report to regulator as they are misleading people into renewing with false incentives. I was told you can cancel if you wish...well you can pay me what you owe me first. Shocking customer service and constant excuses. Louise
