1/10 poor customer service and totally disorganised

Argos took over my pet insurance from Homebase/Royal Sun Alliance automatically approximately 2yrs ago and the service has been appalling. Claims were regularly delayed due to Argos requesting more information despite this being fully provided by the vet and at one point I was owed over 900 for several months until I made a formal complaint. It took weeks of phone calls and a demand to speak to the customer service manager before this was resolved. To make matters worse I have now realised that Argos have continued to take 65/month for the last 6 months for my cat who was put to sleep, despite me notifying them and my claim for her final treatments being paid. I would never insure another pet through Argos.
