2/10 Oh dear what terrible reviews, will go elesewhere
I have dog insurance with this Busisness and am up for renewal in August, After reading this lot I will not bother, really is a serious matter if they don't settle claims fairly and in a timely manner. I would urge anyone who has a genuine claim though, and is not paid out to definitely ask the Financial Ombudsamn Service to review your claim. The complaints are and will be logged (if upheld) with Financial Conduct Authority who will investigate the Business if they are operating infaily and can remove their license to offer insurance.
