They auto-renew unless you contact them. I phoned their customer services and was asked to hold while the auto-renewal was cancelled. I was then transferred to another person who started to ask questions about my new insurer when all I wanted was for them to action my request. Instead of cancelling the auto-renewal, she cancelled my policy and told me I would not get a refund for the remaining days on it. She said I would have to go back to customer services to get the policy reinstated! I will never insure with them again.
