3/10 To long for claims to be assesed
To start with a few years ago the claims were dealt with within a decent amount of time but over the last couple of years it has started to take longer each time. This year I have been waiting the best part of a month since my email notification incredibly and still no payment. I pay my direct debits on time so is it too much to expect a payment from gesture in reasonable time.

We are sorry that the service you experienced was not what you expected, nor to the standard that we would wish to provide all our customers. We are aware that in recent months some customers have experienced a deterioration in claims payment times. I am glad to be able to tell you that, as of 14th November, we have now insourced claims handling – our Claims team is now fully integrated with our customer service team in Hatfield. We want to assure you that, should you have to make any further claims, we will strive to exceed your expectations.
