Have had my dog insured with them for three years and NO CLAIMS and then this year was hit with a 40% increase in premium because of "other people's claims increasing". When I said I would cancel I was offered a special "deal" - the deal being are you happy to pay the same price for less comprehensive insurance? Was offered a voucher as a gesture of good will. This never arrived and when I called about it the woman said oh sorry you should have received an EMAIL with the voucher, there has been a mistake. We will get the voucher out to you in 3 weeks. I queried why it would take three weeks and she said they were "low in stock" (on digital vouchers) and there was nothing she could do. I cancelled my policy and am now paying £10 less a month for better cover.
