2/10 Abrupt and unhelpful
They took EIGHT WEEKS to settle my claim they used every trick in the book to wriggle out of it saying they hadn’t received the claim form when I spoke on the phone they just said they didn’t know how long I would have to wait for cheque then it arrived in post next day so they must have known they’d sent it,it was ages coming though.
