Two months since a simple claim form submitted, admitted liability after a month and said they would be paying "soon". One month down the line and three phone calls later, stated payment would be made next week direct to the vets. Claimed to have had a high number of claims and that was delaying processing, also claimed that emails were answered in date order, six days after emailing should be more than enough time to answer an email.
The initial premiums are low but that is because they want to hold on to their money. About time E&L bosses read these reviews and re-acted.
